Coaching Engagement Philosophy
Following an initial assessment, a contract is typically arranged for a period of six to eight months with client meetings taking place every four to six weeks. For corporate sponsored assignments, three-way meetings take place with the client and their line manager at the start, midpoint and at the end of the coaching contract.
Underpinning my coaching methodology is the core belief that individuals have within them the key to their own success. Each coaching session is crafted to the client’s particular needs and can draw on a range of psychometric and leadership profiling tools and business approaches to support individual and team effectiveness. The heart of my work lies in determining the unique strengths of each client and in aligning their values and beliefs with powerful action.
